I want to be found!

If you'd like me to figure out where a video was recorded, this page explains how to properly submit your request.

Rules

• You must be 18 or older to play. If you’re under 18, do not ask!

• If you want me to locate a video, record a video where you say “Find me josemonkey” on-camera or hold up a sign that says something like that.

• Post the video to TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Threads. When you do, tag me so I know about it. Do not email me videos.

• If you post on TikTok, please also tag me in a comment on the video. That makes it easiest for me to post a video reply.

• Do not tag me in someone else’s videos. I will not even attempt to find a video if the person who posted the video is not asking to be found by doing the things described above. The only exception to this rule is if the person in the video is broadly asking ANYONE to find them. If so, I appreciate the heads-up.

• By tagging me in a video, you are asking me to publicly disclose the location in the video and giving me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the video.

• Please only tag me in videos that are recorded in public spaces. I don’t want to reveal your home address or any other location you would prefer to remain private.
